Everything you need to know before your first visit

To upgrade your membership, please speak to the front desk at your club or contact Member Services at memberservices@onelifefitness.com

We understand circumstances arise in which you may want to make changes to your membership. Members who want to change their membership status can speak to the front desk at the club, or contact Member Services at memberservices@onelifefitness.com

Your membership will automatically reactivate when the initial freeze or pause expires. If you are ready to reactivate before that time, please contact Member Services at memberservices@onelifefitness.com or speak to the front desk at your club.

After the initial term, most memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel. If you have questions about your membership status, please ask at the club or contact Member Services for personal assistance at memberservices@onelifefitness.com

Our student memberships fit seamlessly with your college schedule and are now available all year round! Verified college students ages 18-24 are able to pause and activate their membership to meet their school schedule.

Onelife Fitness is proud to be a fitness homebase for so many Service Members. Military members can join Onelife Fitness at any time with peace of mind. Service Members have options to pause or cancel memberships without penalties upon verification of applicable active-duty orders.
