In January 2023, Jessica’s world changed when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. For anyone, such a diagnosis brings uncertainty, fear, and countless questions. But Jessica, being the determined person she is, found solace in something that had always been a cornerstone of her life: fitness.

When life feels like it's spinning out of control, we naturally search for something to ground us. For Jessica, fitness became her anchor.
